Information on Partner Standard Parts is available on the ARM web site

ARM does not manufacture silicon ourselves, we design the ARM cores, and then license them to our silicon partners. For information on our processor cores, which will give you information on what performance level you require, please see:

http://www.arm.com/p...ssors/index.php

ARM does sell development boards, targeting ARM-based ASIC developers. For more information, please see our hardware platform pages
