Hello and greetings from down under!

I need some help identifying an ARM processor that I recently received on an interesting PCB.
From what i can gather it is a 'System on a chip', most likely an ARM7/9 (LPC20xx series?).

Markings on the chip are as follows:

PHILIPS ARM
VT22499-
CC8987 05
TSO415 - Y
1822-1065

I've spent fruitless hours on Google; wading through datasheet 'templates' but I haven't found
any useful information whatsoever.

Could anyone shed some light on the matter?

If you can run code on the target (or connect a debugger) there are ID registers which will tell what processor (e.g. ARM926EJ-S), RTL revision, etc... But I don't suppose that is what you want. My suggestion would be to e-mail Philips or NXP, as they made the chip.
