Hello EduEmon,
If the "edu" in your name is for education, you could have a look at ARM Uni pages under Support.
Otherwise, for the general public (!), you can see the different tools available from ARM, or have a look at what ARM Connected Community Partners offer you for this.
Finally, you can see that the board manufacturer has quite a few resources on their website so it could be a good place to start for this ARM9 based CPU.
