Dear Members,

A- SERVICE LEVEL
Please note that all support provided on this Forum is voluntary.
This Forum is provided by ARM, however, ARM cannot guarantee that all replies are accurate, as they may come from many sources.
If you require rapid, accurate, confidential technical assistance please consider taking a Support and Maintenance contract from ARM. Please have a look at the ARM Support pages, or send me a message if you wish to know more.
If you already have an ARM Support and Maintenance contract, please use the communication methods you have been given to ensure a prompt and detailed reply from the ARM Technical Support team. If you are unsure how to do this, send me a message and I can help you find out.
If you require ARM specialists to come to your offices to give training or perform a design review, please look at the ARM Support pages, or send me a message if you wish to know more.

B- GUIDELINES
For the comfort of all members and especially of those who are replying to questions, we would like to advise the following:
  • - Specify the product name in the subject: ie Cortex-M4, EFM3...
  • - Describe what you have already done: faster reply, avoid work duplication...
  • - Give feedback: has the solution worked, have you found another solution? This helps the next member.

If you have any question, please do not hesitate to ask as we will be delighted to assist!

Kindly, Alban.

How to Search the Forums

In order to search existing posts, please use the ARM Forum Search Form.

My repeated attempts to get it more prominent throughout the system has unfortunately been unsuccessful so far.
