Is there is any trial version(student version) arm compiler available..??

ARM run a university program, so an academic institution should be able to get discounted versions of the commercial ARM tools and development hardware. Contact details can be found here:

ARM do have evaluation versions of most of their tools, but will typically have time limits or code size limits. A few links:

Alternatively you can always use GCC for ARM, which is available for ARM Linux and bare-metal targets.

When optimizing software, consider that the quickest code to run is the bit you removed from the call path.

There are a number of other GCC-based free arm tool-chains available, like YAGARTO (http://www.yagarto.de/)
