I tried to install RVDS 3.0 on MS Windows7. but failed.

I can't get any official address about this problem from ARM

How can i install RVDS 3.0 on MS Windows7?

What version ? Win7 Pro or family ?
Win7 Pro is supposed to be more compliant with XP applications.

How do you start the setup ?
did you try to start it as an administrator ? (right click on the exe, ...)

I am failed to setup RVDS3.0( start it as an administrator) on Win7 Professional.

RVDS 3.0 was released a long time before Windows 7 and does not support this operating system. However, here are two things you can try:

• Run the installer in Windows 2000 compatibility mode. To do this, right-click on setup.exe, choose Properties and then in the Compatibility tab select Windows 2000 in the compatibility mode box. Click Ok to save the change and then try running the installer again.
• If that doesn't work, try performing the installation from the command line. Instructions for this can be found here: http://infocenter.ar...k/BABCEHCJ.html

If neither of these work, then I'm afraid I don't have any further suggestions.
